Yoga & Classes
We run Pregnancy Yoga Classes, Postnatal Yoga Classes and Baby Massage Classes.
To keep you fit, healthy and ready for labour we recommend attending regular weekly sessions from your second trimester. Post natal classes can be joined 4-6 weeks post birth. All our classes are designed to be taken as a minimum 5 week course - building week on week to give you skills and confidence to support your health and wellbeing however ALL CLASSES are now also available on a DROP-IN basis. Places can be booked on the day or arrive 15 minutes prior to class starting. Please note: as our classes are limited to a maximum of 9, late or non-booked arrivals may not be admitted.
We can also provide one-to-one sessions by appointment.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure our timetables remain accurate, occasionally changes are necessary. Please call us to confirm details.
Please note that once payment for a course or class has been made this secures your place. Me & My Baby reserves the right to offer an alternative class time if required. A full refund can only be given if you contact us at least 14 days prior to start date. We are unable to offer any refunds for missed classes.
