What is Postnatal Yoga Classes?
Summer Special Offer
During July and August we have reduced our standard 5 session commitment to allow you to buy just 3 pregnancy yoga sessions; 3 postnatal yoga sessions or 3 baby massage sessions to take within a fixed five week course. Subject to class schedule and availability.

We think all new mum’s are yummy but we know after giving birth you may not feel full of beans and fabulous as all your energy goes into looking after your new baby. Our focus is on helping you exercise safely, giving you lots of advice and support from sleeping and feeding, to how to relax and restore your inner and outer glow. Classes also provide a great opportunity to meet other mums and the focus is on your wellbeing, as much as your baby.

When can I join a class?

Our post natal yoga class can generally be started within 4-6 weeks of birth and throughout your baby’s first 6 – 9 months.

How can post-natal yoga help me?

However your baby arrived, it is important to help the belly muscles regain their strength and help the pelvic floor recover. Many new mums suffer back ache and this is most often due to weakness in the structural muscles caused by pregnancy. Correct exercises can rapidly help to improve backache and tense shoulders and neck, tight from hours holding and carrying your baby.

Does my baby do yoga too?

No, but your baby is welcome which means that you don't have to worry about leaving your precious bundle elsewhere. Everyone understands that your baby may need a feed or cuddle mid way through but nobody will mind.

Our teachers are all mum’s themselves and can give you a wealth of support and advice along with different tips and techniques to help you in the first few months.
