Today we are opening our doors to welcome you to our NEW! home. We are just settling in and would love to know what you think!

We have received great feedback so far and are keen to establish ourself in the local neighbourhood.

As of the 2nd February 2010 we are thrilled to be at our new home at 10A Parsons Green, London SW6 4TJ.

We have taken over the top floor of a lovely red brick building, giving us beautiful views over the Green and the London rooftops and stunning sunsets.

Our 2 lovely treatment rooms both have natural daylight and our new studio comfortably accommodates 15 – 20 students giving us far more space and flexibility to offer you a better selection of pre and post natal classes for you and your baby. We have increased our classes and services and our full Spring timetable will be published shortly and in a dowloadable format for you to print off..

Please note: We will NOT now be holding classes at The English National Ballet.

How to find us

We have new teachers joining our team and are excited about the new services and classes we will be offering you.

Unfortunately we will no longer be hosting NCT Antenatal Classes as the NCT have decided to remain in the SW10/3 area. We will be bringing you alternative private classes and support during this time and our increased yoga & pilates classes will ensure you meet other new mums and mums-to-be in your local area which is a vital part of our services.

Should you have booked a class with the NCT please contact your bookings co-ordinator directly if they have not already contacted you.

We will be also teaming up with local businesses who offer lifestyle and health services to complement ours.

More information will be provided over the next week or two as we settle in. A text reminder service will confirm any appointments at our new location as a gentle reminder of our change of address and we would love to see you at our Open House next Wednesday 10th February between 4 – 8pm.

Me & My Baby celebrate their 4th birthday and launch new Loyalty Program

We all love to celebrate a birthday and at Me & Baby we are no different. We are delighted to celebrate our 4th birthday today, January 14th and start our 5th year in business which looks set to be an exciting one!

We know that our success is of course down to the support of our clients and the consistent word of mouth referrals you give us so are shortly going to be launching a new referrals and loyalty program from the early February 2010 as our way of saying thank you.

Drop in Yoga and Pilates classes not available during the first 2 weeks of January

During the first 2 weeks of January we are unfortunately unable to offer the usual drop in facility for our exercise classes. Following the unexpected closure of Culpeper, access to our building is more limited whilst we organise our short and longer term plans.

Our Yoga & Pilates classes are still all running as normal but in order to ensure we do not leave you in the cold, please do pre-book your place online or feel free to call us beforehand to ensure the class you wish to attend is definitely running. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and look forward to seeing you soon.

We were thrilled to be told last month that Mama Mio products have received a fantastic accreditation by winning Harpers Bazaar Best of the Best: Best Body Shaping Range last month.

This is a seriously big deal – Beauty Director Newby Hands chooses the 50 best beauty products on the market and it is a list dominated by big advertisers. So when a small company sneaks on the list you know it is because the products are absolutely amazing. So the Best of the Best award is the equivalent of winning an oscar! Very cool.

The second big brag is Mama Mio also recently had an article in Weight Watchers magazine,. They ran an independent test on Get Waisted. The tester lost an inch from her waist in 30 days! She said it was the easiest inch she ever lost. Fantastic accreditation from a company that knows a thing or two about inch loss and is very very cautious as to what they recommend to their members. And we say perfect for that spare tyre that mysteriously appeared over the last few weeks!!

Me & My Baby still open for business despite Culpeper’s closure

As of the 24th December 2009, Culpeper have closed their Fulham Road location with immediate effect. Their business still operates from a number of other locations throughout the UK and at London’s Covent Garden.

Whilst Me & My Baby continue to trade from this premises, we are unable to offer general access for drop in enquiries, ad hoc treatments or the drop in facility for our yoga & pilates classes. Visits to our premises are currently by appointment only and with the current extremely cold weather we are experiencing we would like to ask you to arrive as close to the time of your appointment as possible.

We apologise to our clients for any inconvenience caused and are reacting to this sudden change as effectively as we can. We will be announcing our longer term plans in the very near future.

Christmas Opening Hours and available treatments & classes

During the festive period not everyone can escape the city and if you are due late December or early January you may appreciate some pampering and care throughout this time.

Whilst we also need a break we are available for treatment during the few days between Christmas and New Year although we offer a more limited service and shorter opening hours. We can also visit both the Kensington Wing and Chelsea & Westminster’s main maternity units at this time.

Our Yoga & Pilates classes take a break after our classes finish on Saturday 19th December until our new courses commence on Tuesday 5th January 2010. To register online or for more details of our full classes timetable see here.
