Pre Birth Package

From week 36 we recommend weekly sessions of acupuncture and/or acupressure & reflexolgy to help prepare the body and mind for birth by boosting energy, helping fluid retention and supporting the pelvis and cervix which research supports*. Research and feedback from New Zealand midwives indicates that the use of pre-birth acupuncture results in a reduction in medical intervention rates, reduction in epidural rates, reduction in emergency c-sections & and increase in normal vaginal births. We recommend your birthing partner attends one session to learn simple acupressure techniques to use during labour for general pain relief.

3-month Programme

Our shortest program can be taken at any time during your pregnancy but is highly recommended during your last trimester through until you give birth. Treatments at this time will concentrate on preparing you for labour and becoming a mother. Treatments can also be used by your partner and your new baby. This programme is also ideal for couples focusing on improving their fertility and wanting to become pregnant.

  • Total treatment time: 240 minutes*
  • Extras: 1-1 Breastfeeding Preparation or Yoga course
  • Duration: to be taken over a 12 week period
  • Cost: £345.00

6-month Programme

Receiving treatments during the majority of your pregnancy and into early motherhood will ensure you are cared for and nurtured during this precious time of change. Treatments can also be used by your partner and your new baby.

  • Total treatment time: 360 minutes*
  • Extras: 1 Workshop** or 2 Yoga courses
  • Duration: to be taken over a 24 week period
  • Cost: £545.00

Receiving treatments throughout your pregnancy and as a new mum will ensure you and your whole family for and nurtured during this precious time of change. Treatments can also be used by your partner and your new baby.

  • Duration: to be taken over a 36 week period
