Antenatal & Postnatal Packages from £375.00

3-month Package

Our shortest program can be taken at any time during your pregnancy but is highly recommended during your last trimester through until you give birth. Treatments at this time will focus on relieving the common symptoms experienced towards the end of pregnancy and preparing you for labour and becoming a mother.

  • Total treatment time: 240 minutes*
  • Extras: 1 x 5 week Yoga or Pilates course
  • Duration: to be taken over a 12 week period
  • Cost: £375.00

6-month Package

Receiving treatments during the majority of your pregnancy and into early motherhood will ensure you are cared for and nurtured during this precious time of change. Treatments can also be used by your partner and your new baby.

  • Total treatment time: 360 minutes*
  • Extras: 2 x 5 week Yoga or Pilates course
  • Duration: to be taken over a 24 week period
  • Cost: £595.00

9-month Package

Receiving treatments throughout your pregnancy and as a new mum will ensure you and your whole family for and nurtured during this precious time of change. Treatments can also be used by your partner and your new baby.

  • Total treatment time: 720 minutes*
  • Extras: 3 x 5 week Yoga or Pilates course
  • Duration: to be taken over a 36 week period
  • Cost: £1105.00

Baby Bundle (Post natal Package)

Specifically designed to help you and your baby enjoy good health and vitality during the first few weeks and months of motherhood. This will ensure the support you need is readily available at the time when you often need it most.

  • Total treatment time: 240 minutes*
  • Extras: 2 x 5 week Yoga, Pilates, Baby Massage or Baby Yoga  course
  • Duration: to be taken over a 15 week period
  • Cost: £450.00
