That's why I created our Body Signature Treatment when I founded Me & My Baby in 2006, after successfully treating pregnant and new mum's for over 8 years.

The relaxing hormones that a mother-to-be produces when she receives a massage, directly passes across the placenta helping your baby to feel calmer and more relaxed too. It is also now believed that this will promote the growth of your baby’s brain in a calmer form, setting up pathways to enable him or her to deal with stress more effectively.

Our Body Signature Treatment offers you and your baby the opportunity to experience a multi-sensory journey, and to celebrate this special time in both of your lives.

My unique combination of relaxation, aromatherapy and essential oils, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and reflexology results in a truly beneficial holistic treatment. An in-depth consultation ensures I tailor each treatment to meet each client’s individual needs.

I highly recommend our Body Signature Treatment for New Mums too. After birth (whether natural or a caesarean) the treatment is adapted to aid your recovery, relive fatigue, ease muscular aches and tension and restore joint movement. The treatment is perfectly safe even when breastfeeding and makes a fantastic Christmas gift from family or friends.
