Me & My Baby Workshops

Our workshops have been developed to support you and your partner in the run up to the big event of a new arrival. Comprehensive but concise and perfect to fit around busy schedules our workshops offer practical information in bite size pieces.

Booking details

All our workshops need to be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event and are non-refundable (we will make an exception if you go into labour). Should you need to cancel please allow this time in order for us to try and accommodate your booking to another date.

Some workshops are now offered only as a one-to-one session either at our clinic or in the comfort your own home. These personalised sessions are ideal for when you have additional concerns and/or possible complications regarding your labour, or just prefer learning with you and your partner.
