Our Exercise team consists of Yoga, Pilates teachers and Personal Trainers who are all are experts in different aspects of pregnancy, labour, birth and recovery. You’ll be in completely safe hands, in small classes where your teacher knows your particular needs and will gently guide you to work at a level that’s right for you. Our teachers specialise in maternity and postnatal exercise and many are mums themselves!
We have Pregnancy Yoga & Pilates classes throughout the week and week-end (see our Summer Timetable). All our classes are fun, relaxed and informal and suitable for both the complete beginner and the more experienced.
When can I start?
You can attend classes from your second trimester until your due date and then return from 4-6 weeks.
We encourage you to to attend 2 or 3 times a week as you approach your due date to maintain your fitness and strength and help keep you calm and focused.
All our classes run as a minimum 5-week course on a rolling basis, however you can attend a Single class at any time to trial a class before commiting . If your schedule means you can’t commit or like the variety each week you can book online up to 60 minutes prior to a class starting but you must pay in advance to secure your place. Why not try our 28 day FLEXI passes which give you access to up to 3 classes per week?
Our NEW! Pilates Class for Pregnancy on Sunday mornings is ideal if you are suffering from SPD and yoga is not advised. Beginners are welcome.

Join our Mum & Baby Yoga from as early as 4-6 weeks post-birth. This class is split between time for mum and time for baby and gently helps you get back into shape whilst learning fun exercise activities to stimulate your little one. (We can’t promise but most mums report a great nights sleep after the class!)
NEW! Jelly Belly Post Caesarean Pilates is now available. Taken as a 10 week course this class does exactly what it says on the tin!
