Our yoga and Pilates teachers are experts in all aspects of pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond. You’ll be in completely safe hands, in small classes where your teacher knows your particular needs and will gently guide you to work at a level that’s right for you. Yoga Timetable.
Our NEW! Gentle Pilates Class for All on Saturday mornings is suitable for both new mums and mums-to-be. It’s ideal if you are suffering from SPD and yoga is not advised or if you are recovering from a cesarean birth. Beginners are welcome.
We have Pregnancy Yoga & Pregnancy Pilates classes throughout the week including mornings, lunchtimes and evenings (see our Yoga Timetable). All our pregnancy yoga classes are fun, relaxed and informal and our teachers specialise in maternity and postnatal exercise and many are mum’s themselves! You can attend classes from your second trimester until your due date – we encourage you to to attend 2 or 3 times a week as you approach your due date.
Join our Yoga for mum & baby from as early as 4-6 weeks post-birth. This class is split between time for mum and time for baby and gently helps you get back into shape and provides unbiased support and advice and helpful hints on being a new mum.

Our yoga classes are designed as a minimum 5-week course – building your skills and confidence to support your health and wellbeing – however ALL CLASSES are now also available on a DROP-IN basis. Book online up to 60 minutes prior to a class starting (pay in advance to secure your place).
